Videos Unable to play on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with Firefox 58.0

Hello,

I am unable to watch videos with my current work box setup on Ubuntu and Firefox. On my home PC I can watch the videos fine on Chrome and Windows. Any idea why this setup would cause an issue.
