Series Email Subscription Bug

Hello, I am having issues with series subscriptions.

When trying to unsubscribe from a single notifications (My Laracasts > Settings > Email Subscriptions), it removes the last subscription in the list, rather than the one I clicked on.

E.g. If i'm subscribed to the following:

CSS For Backend Devs Learn Vue2 VS Code for PHP Devs

Clicking on unsubscribe from the 'CSS for Backend Devs' will always remove the 'VS Code' subscription.
