Realtime series - Dockerize section

Hello everyone,

I noticed that there is no dedicated series for realtime notifications/events since 2018 or so (Get real with Laravel Echo)..

I would like to see something opensource like an implementation of server sent events (SSE) with testing and so on.. Reverb is also now a first party package so maybe a combination of both to display the differences would be great.

I also think that in the real world a bit of docker is also needed.. It would be nice for each of the series to have a section on how to dockerize things..

Not sure if I ask a lot, or if I write in the suitable channel.
