Player Error Happening Fairly Often

About once or twice a week, I run up against the dreaded "Player Error: The player is having trouble. We will have it back up and running as soon as possible".

Not to put too fine a point on it, but as someone who has paid for a lifetime subscription, I expect this sort of thing to happen with a lot less frequency.

Is there a place to report these sorts of errors? It seems like posting in General or Feedback, the concerns tend to get ignored or missed.

As an aside, I really love the site!

Lifetime subscriber here. I started the React from Scratch series and I'm getting a lot of these errors. I tried:

  • reloading the browser
  • scrubbing back & forth
  • going to a different video in the series, then back None of these work. This is pretty disruptive. It must be something recent, in the last year or so, as I've never had this issue before on Laracasts.

@helbnt I believe our video provider, Vimeo, has been having a lot of embed issues in the last week or so. I encountered that error a couple of days ago, and sure enough Vimeo's status reported embed problems.

However, I haven't noticed anything as of late.

@JeffreyWay Thanks! I have noticed a decrease in errors as well. I think once maybe in the last couple of weeks.
