I already addressed this in the other thread. That search results landing page has been retired and will be replaced with a new version later this month.

New "Search" feature in Laracasts - 2021
I prefer the previous way to search lessons where there is a dedicated search page for quite number of filters options and it list down all the lessons with the related keywords matching not only the title but also topic tags and perhaps the description...
instead of the new search modal basis where only list down lessons with keyword matching the lessons title only.
And previously I can also simple press enter on the search box to access the search page so it will list down all the new released lessons in order
What do you guy think?

would you be able to ensure archived episodes still show in the new search? I'm mostly done on the new series and am getting some good stuff from the archived episodes so would be a shame to loose them

Eh not sure about that. I don't necessarily want archived episodes to be visible to newcomers. Maybe we can add a switch to include those in the results.

A checkbox switch would be ideal. That’d help my quest to 2000+ lessons.

Doh! Without the lessons page i've no overview anymore. This was my entrypoint for Laracasts to view screencasts sorted by date. Pleeeease a simple filterable episode list without any fancy stuff like all the other pages where i don't have an overview. #nofront

@jeffreyway I had observed couple of days and I think the listing order on the search page is based on the uploaded date not the available/viewable date, howerver, i think a viewable date is more useful for us as the not complete episode may fall at the bottom or even the next page if the series or more series had published all the episodes at once but only viewable by the scheduled date...
and, the filter still very useful for us also...

@jeffreyway pleeeeeas bring back the lesson page with filters/sort options.
