New design: Unable to click the 'Post' button when replying to threads

When I was just replying to a thread, I pasted in some text which was quite long, I then discovered that the modal used to reply to threads is not scrollable, and has overflow hidden with a set height.

I could only submit my reply by setting the overflow to scroll and then clicking the button.
