Laravel not sending emails from 365 after I changed Godaddy Server

I upgraded my EOL server from Godaddy, now all of my subsites can't send emails. I'm using exchange online. My DNS is correct on Godaddy. Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "[email protected]" using the following authenticators: "LOGIN", "PLAIN". Authenticator "LOGIN" returned "Expected response code "235" but got code "535", with message "535 Incorrect authentication data".". Authenticator "PLAIN" returned "Expected response code "235" but got code "535", with message "535 Incorrect authentication data".
