Laracasts Page rendering issues with chrome on tab

Laracasts Page doesn't render right on my tab running chrome. Tab is running Android 11 and the chrome app has been updated to the latest version.

Sharing its image for a reference. See those white bars at top & bottom.

Edit: similar issue seen on filamentphp documentation page (but not on their landing page)

Any idea why is this happening??

@siangboon yes. Have tried clearing the cache, using incognito mode. It still happens, but only on some specific sites. So was wondering if they are using some specific lib/component/framework common across them which triggers this behavior.
