Elastic Beanstalk ZIP upload or CLI

Maybe it stupid question, I just want to go challenge myself and I’m looking on AWS Elastic Beanstalk, I notice a lot of developer’s website menti https://nox.tips/ on that Laravel App into ZIP files and upload it on AWS EB Website; I thought it was a terrible idea as we have AWS EB CLI as I use CLI before for a basic website but not Laravel one, Did anyone have try Laravel through EB CLI and any document I can read it on website (NOT AWS, they are horrible document) https://xender.vip/
