Cancellation

I have recently had to cancel my account to save money. However I forgot to do this before the renewal payment. I have now cancelled my account to be greeted with a message "Your account will be deleted in the end of the bill period". I have sent a number of emails to explain what this means and if I could get a refund however its been 3 days without any reply. I've had a look over the site and can not see any information regarding cancellation in the usual places T&C, FAQ.

@skymaster420 Its auto-renew and not really made clear at all. Oh its implied but not explicit. Its the one big negative. I suggest in the future if you want only a month, sign up and cancel. Auto-renew sites should clearly word that and give a customer a clear method to opt out of the transaction before its processed. Also still no direct PayPal support.

On the back of Jimmcks comment would be nice to get a reminder email before the renewal payment is taken enabling people to cancel or change to monthly.

I have used both support form and email links around the site. Still no reply yet.

Jeffrey is (was) at Laracon in NY so that could be the reason he didn't get back to you yet :) .

And no I'm not stalking him :p

Just an update: My account has now been cancelled and the money refunded, Thanks Jeffrey. So anyone else in the same boat simply email Jeffrey and wait or get mikevrind on the case but remember he is not a stalker ;-)

@tawhid99 Please don't respond to a 5 year old thread when you have posted your own new discussion. Also, the commenter mention that their account has now been cancelled, so I wouldn't hold your breath on getting a response from them.
