Add a parameter in Laracast to set the video format by default

Video consumes a lot of data that is not necessary for me (and you can disagree with me !). So I was thinking... Can you create a parameter in the user profile of the Laracast website to be able to set the default video quality for a user so that every video of Laracast can start in the selected video format (like 720p) ?

I don't need 2K ou 4K, and in most of cases 1080p is already too much for me...
