429 too many requests

Hi there, I went on a downloading spree, trying to download the videos so I could watch while not having an internet connection - now, no matter what I do on the site (even sending a support request) I get the 429 too many requests error.

I have tried using a VPN, but it seems it's not my IP that is blocked, it must be my account. How can I fix this? And when will they implement the button "Download Series" so we don't have to click on each video individually? Kind regards

This is very frustrating. I too am getting the same issue. When emailing support, I'm met with "You'll need to wait about 24 hours for the download limiter to reset."... Below and behold, 24 hours later, still getting the same issue. Grrrr, especially given I fly on Wednesday, this is going to not allow me to download all the series I want. Sad.

Can someone please actually investigate and assist?
