Wildcards on Homestead (revisited)

Okay, time to ask this question again. Do wildcards work currently on Homestead? I found this commit: Self-Signed Wildcard Certificates

If it works, how do I define a wildcard in the sites section of Homestead.yaml? I'd like to point all *.test domains to /home/vagrant/code/<domain>/public.
