Sail and Xdebug configuration

Can we pass directive xdebug.start_with_request=trigger to sail using .env file?

I tried - SAIL_XDEBUG_CONFIG="client_host=host.docker.internal idekey=qwe start_with_request=trigger" doesn't work as well as SAIL_XDEBUG_START_WITH_REQUEST=trigger
