PWA app access to phone camera

i have project build with laravel 8 back-end and vue js frontend as pwa this app need to scan qrcode i make the front end but when i try to check it give me error and need to add something call virtual camera in server to get access to mobile phone camera i want to understanding more about virtual camera and how it work

my server Ubuntu Linux 20.04.5 nginx

Why do you need to add virtual camera on the server????

You need to access the user's camera using JavaScript and then send the picture to the back-end as a normal image. here's a VueJS code for this: https://codepen.io/ditarahma08/pen/GRRxZLW

You can use a standard HTML file input with the capture attribute to allow the user to take a photo and submit that photo to your server: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/file#capture
