Please help , Laravel 9 upload to server 403 Forbidden

I am using as hosting and domain , domain.com . I followed all the steps , importing the database into phpmyadmin , transferring all the files with filezilla to my host . I have all my laravel files ( besides public) , in a directoty separate from public_html , stats , .membership and Home.html . And my public directory from my laravel app in the public_html . Now after all this , i get a 403 forbidden , when i try to access my site . Any help is appreciated .
