php artisan give no response on the server terminal

Hello, At the first time, php artisan optimize was called and gave output like cache cleared successfully. But didn't go all as it should. Then php artisan , php artisan list or any command give no response. I am running this command from cpanel terminal. I don't have SSH access. What is the cause for this? How can I fix this issue? Thanks in advance.
