How to login in sequel ace from ssh in AWS?

I'm trying to login in sequel ace using the credentials I'm using in ssh. I can actually login in ssh and then login using mysql -u root -p mypassword command. But what I want is to login this credentials in sequel ace. How can I do that?

P.S. Im using EC2 (AWS) instance (I don't know if this is related).
