Deploy/ Blank page

Hello, I am using LAMP Server to deploy my laravel 5.2 project I use this as my reference https://medium.com/laravel-news/the-simple-guide-to-deploy-laravel-5-application-on-shared-hosting-1a8d0aee923e#.xzlgvcvt4 and when I run localhost it returns a blank page, anyone please help me.
