cURL error 56 happens sometimes

I'm getting the following issue sometimes "cURL error 56: SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 104 (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)"

As a result of Instagram API Integration.

The issue happens several times during the day.

Do we miss any special config for Nginx or PHP Libraries?

Used tech:

-Nginx -Laravel 5.4 on PHP7.1

And we are using Guzzle for the integration.

Any thoughts on what we are missing ?
