Chosing a server and webpanel

Hello, i was a CentOs user, for my web panel i always installed CWP. The combination was a decent free option to manage my web server. Now red hat stopped uodating CentOs so i need to find a new setup for my server.

Which one do you think it works best with Laravel? Ubuntu? Debian? And Which hosting panel? Vesta? Froxlor?

can you please sueggest a free combination to host my Laravel projects? Thank you
