cannot download laravel vagrant box

I am trying to update my homestead installation but whatever i try it fails to update the virtual box.

SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired```


downloading  the file through browser fails too. Not a network problem 100% cause i managed to download other boxes from vagrantcloud without problems
