Cant disable reverb logging in telescope
I disabled all watchers in config/telescope.php and i see "This watcher is turned off." in telescope frontend but I see reverb is keep writing logs events, redis, cache watchers.
How can I disable reverb logging in telescope?

reverb needs to be stopped and restarted via the CLI to resolve the issue
