React App Serving static asset issue

Hi I'm having trouble getting my react app to be served by lumen. I'm using lumen because otherwise I'll have to use codeigniter. how do I get a baseurl in the react app when compiled that uses assets on the lumen server. I originally used create react app and I'm using react-router-dom. Thanks
