Two PHP versions

Hi, I just want to know, just deployed a server via Forge. I chose PHP 7.0 to be installed. There is one site (Wordpress based) which shows error due to a plugin that is not supporting the new PHP 7.0. What i know is the plugin is working fine in PHP 5.6

Is there any way I can have 2 php versions in my server and set any site to use any particular PHP version like in MAMP?

If there is no way, should i delete the server in forge and re-install it with PHP 5.6 from scratch?

Can't, the plugin author still don't want to do that
