Laravel 5.4.9 and PHP 5.6.29

I want to use Laravel 5.4.9 which requires PHP 5.6.4 I am stuck using PHP 5.6.29 on my production server for the next few months Does anyone know if this small difference makes it impractical or can I go ahead with caveats (please let me know what they) Many thanks

I would stick with Laravel 5.3,.. Laravel 5.4 is too new and comes with plenty of headaches without adding unsupported PHP version on top of it.

@andygo No problem, but that is of course just my opinion and I said it because it sounded like you were planning on going live.. I don't have anything against Laravel 5.4 ☺

@SaeedPrez lol! I didn't think you did. It's fine, I will get started with a lower spec and update when I can change the server config. I just wasn't sure how the small difference in PHP would affect the framework
