Is early for adopt PHP 7.0?
Let's look this:
We're starting a brand new project. It will take at least 6 months to be definetively ready for production.
It's early to use PHP 7.0 on it? Let's talk about this!

Deffo not too early. Things will be well under way after 6 months.
Level 75
I'd still use PHP 5.6 for at least one more year, that don't mean you can't develop in PHP 7.
