How do I save my default composer and PHP locations in PHPStorm?

Whenever I start a new composer project in PHPStorm, it asks me to tell it where my composer installation is, and then select my PHP executable (which it does save via a dropdown). How do I make it so that these two things are always pre-populated for me?
