Laravel Nova - show actions in a related Resource

Not sure whether this is actually possible but thought I'd see if anyone has good ideas on how best to approach this.

I have two models with their relevant resources set up - Bookings and Payments.

When CRUD methods are triggered in Payments, they are added in the Actions Log. I can see them listed in the action_events table.

What I want is to either add / show the Payments Action Log for that specific Booking ID in the single Bookings resource. So that any Payment actions are also viewable in the Booking log or similar.

Bookings and Payments has a HasMany/BelongsTo relationship. How can I link these via the action_events table somehow so the relevant logs can show in the parent (Bookings) resource?

N.B. they currently show correctly in their specific resources i.e. Booking action log in Bookings and Payment action log in Payments.
