Change the detail fields of action-events

When I add the actionable trait to models, it stores all applied actions on the corresponding resources. So far, all good.

But, when I see the action details page, I want to change some fields. Like I'd like to show the email address of the Initiated By user.

Does anyone know how I can do that?
