Youtube LiveStream Scheduling via Laravel backend

Hello,

I'm trying to create a dashboard from which I can schedule the livestream session which users would view from a mobile app. Any pointers on how to achieve this or an updated package that already as the YouTube API implemented and can be easily consumed via the package. Also if there's a more suitable option for scheduling live video sessions and integrating them to mobile app, I'd appreciate the help.
