@mmickells It’s difficult to help when you don’t say what operations you’ve tried, and what results you got.
Even with providing the PDF manual, we still don’t have an account or credentials to test with.

Working with an API
I'm trying to work with an API for a streaming service. I've discovered that all API documentation is not equal when it comes to this stuff. The series here that uses an API the documentation was much cleaner and easier to understand. However, the one I'm trying to work with isn't as much, at least to me.
They offer a couple of examples but after trying several times I'm unable to connect with their system. I've reached out to their support team who was quick to response that they do not offer any API support for their own API.
I think if I could get it to connect through my API client (Insomnia) I might could start to figure out how to work with it better. I've linked to their PDF below. If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.

@martinbean My apologies. I suppose I thought the owner/key provided in the documentation was there for testing purposes. Aside from that I'm not exactly sure where to enter the information into Insomnia. By that I mean , does the owner/key/id go in the header, does it get added to the body in some way?
I've tried the first example by using the URL: http://interface.audiovideoweb.com/ppvapi/issue/xml and placing the owner and key in the header.

When using POST with both URL's below I get the same error.
