Where can I get an official Laravel certification?
Hello everyone,
I have been learning Laravel and I’m very interested in getting officially certified to improve my skills and job opportunities.
Does anyone know if there is an official Laravel certification program? Or can you recommend trusted platforms where I can get a Laravel certificate?

Certification will not necessarily improve your skills; follow tutorials, read the docs and build stuff! Are there employers actually requesting Certification of you; I have never ever been asked if I am certified in all the years I have been using Laravel (or any programming language/framework?

Trusted, no. There was a third-party company that was previously partnered with Laravel, but that partnership was ended by Taylor in 2023

@tykus No one has asked me if I'm Laravel certified, I simply thought it would be beneficial to have one. Any way, thanks for the advice.

@mendozape no worries. I understand the want to be "certified", but this is fodder to potentially unscrupulous third-parties* to offer something that is effectively worthless. If you feel so compelled, please do you due diligence to ensure you are not being ripped off.
FWIW, I would prefer to see a potential hire's side project(s) over a certificate. It gives me the opportunity to ask about actual problems they have encountered and the solutions they found.
