WebSocket - Retchat - very slow transfer HELP ME ;)

Hello. I wrote a script that is supposed to connect WebSocket to Retchat and retrieve information from it. A script is written on the Retchat server which retrieves data from the Linux server from the file. The problem is that the script has to download data every 1 second and retrieves data in about 10 seconds with great delay. I noticed that the script can only be used by up to 2 people, which also bothers me because this script is designed to create consoles on the hosting site. I put the entire script below and I am counting on help.
