TokenMismatchException in VerifyCsrfToken.php line 68

Hey guys, I'm writing an app on 5.4, and this issue comes while being logged in with laravel built in auth for a long time with out touching a thing, then when the first thing i am doing is logging out, i get that error becuase the session ended and the token mismatch now.., is there anything i can do about it?
