Tidio Domain Verification

Hello guys, I use Tidio live chat in my Laravel project. I wanna make domain verification in cpanel. I have already added two txts and one cname in cpanel's zone editor that was provided by Tidio. I waited 48hrs, but it still show verification pending.How can I solve this problem?
