Are you using the shell through laragon or are you using the command prompt?

The command php artisan doesn't execute in laragon server.
The command php artisan doesn't execute when the laragon server is running, i use laragon in windows. please me, i can not live without the console.

It doesn't work in the Laragon shell. However, it does work in the normal DOS Command Prompt.
