you can delete vendor folder then run composer install, but I don't see what difference it makes to SVN as the vendor folder shouldn't be part of your repository
@Snapey I commit with unnecessary documents. I try to fix. I can not need delete to vendor, I want to delete storage/framework/cache and storage/framework/seesions
@Snapey If we use git I fix(I think) but I don't know svn to. I fix problem, first step delete folders then commit, second step (If laravel create automaticly) create folder then commit emty folder, (optional third) third step give permission. Now it is working, it is not see unnecessary files. My problem(fear) delete stroage/framework/cache, stroage/framework/sessions and stroage/framework/views folders. I try and it works. Thank you for yours all help and If my english is not clear I am sory :(
