SEND A COPY OF BULK EXCEL IMPORTS TO AN EXTERNAL API

So i have a project i'm working on and it requires that i do an excel import with data like Name, Pin Number, Certificate Number etc. I have completed the import process alright but i really do not know how to go about send a copy of that import to an external api. The api accepts GET request only. Can someone point me in the right directions. I will be extremely grateful. Thank You
