Scout pagination does not return new results

Hi, I may be missing something here, but I am hoping someone can shed some light onto this. I am using laravel scout to search my index which is Opensearch on AWS and I am using the scout pagination method and while it returns results in sets of 5. I am using the ->paginateRaw(5) method.

However it seems to only be returning the same 5 results every time?

Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?
