PHP/Laravel: electronic signature

Hello!

I need to implement the electronic signature of documents in an application developed with Laravel.

The User selects a document, provides his password and confirms the signature.

Later I will need to retrieve the signature metadata, that is, who signed the document, on what day and time.

I already searched the internet but I didn't find anything that could help me, I would like to know how I can implement this routine.
