New image does not display

Hello,

I just uploaded an image to my site into: public/img/

The image does not display and is not found.

I can see old images from this folder but not the new one.

I tried force refresh the page, didn't help.

How can I fix this please?

In the blade file I use:

and you get 404? but the exact filename exists in the public/img folder (not the storage/app/public folder)

and letter case is identical?

@Snapey Oh dear, silly me, I uploaded to the wrong public folder... nothing to see hear, move along

In general, uploaded files are saving on \storage\app\public folder. It depends on how you specify the path.

Could you share your module to save files on server?

Try this if you are saving your file in public/img/ directory

make link from storage public directory to project public directory and upload your medias (NOT ASSETS) into it.
