Need help hosting a Laravel application on OVH

Hello,

I'm working on a Laravel application and I'm looking to host it on a shared server with OVH. I've already tried to set up the hosting myself, but I'm encountering some difficulties.

I've found a few videos on YouTube that explain how to move the public folder to the root of the application folder, but I'm concerned about the possible security issues this could cause.

Does anyone have any advice or an alternative solution for hosting a Laravel application on OVH? I'm open to any suggestions and thank you in advance for your help.

I have helped somebody to deploy a Laravel application on IONOS.

I don't have any shared webhosting on OVH, but it's probably similar to IONOS.
