Mysql With Laravel Real Time App with Flutter

Hello Guys Sorry My english is not good.. i wanna create a social app including chat application with flutter and laravel with mysql DB then i have 2 question 1- is laravel and mysql are good option for create this app? 2-if yes , do you know any package or any way to do this in my flutter app ? thanks for your anwsers :)
