Multilingual Ecommerce Sites

What is the good method for making multilingual ecomerce sites from laravel .For theme-view/template we can make different folder under lang directory but how to make products/ advertisements name multilingual. Is it good to keep in database. I use mysql database.Is it efficient to keep one products in different language in database and call according to language.I am in great dillemma. What do you suggest me?? Any suggestions will be appreciated??
