Do you have the DNS records for xy.domain.com pointing to your host? And do you have cPanel configured to listen for them?

MULTI TENANT
Architecture is one app with multi databases package I am using is STANCL/tenancy
my project works fine on local e.g domain.test (central domain) works fine xy.domain.test (tenant domain) works fine
but when I upload this on hosting using cpanel (namecheap) domain.com (central domain) works fine
xy.domain.com (tenant domain) not working fine
chrome says site not reached.
