Mail configuration

depends on your config/mail.php. Do you use env function in there?

I think it is because .env file is not updated. Previously it had set up gmail smtp for mail configuration. Now I just change it to mailtrap config for testing.

have you tried restarting your server after changing .env config?

might as well run

php artisan config:clear

to clear the config cache.

I run this artisan command "config:clear" but no help.

To ensure, run this dd(env('MAIL_HOST')) on screen it shows mailtrap.io.

But email are not sending out to mailtrap when trigger from queue.

Regular Mail::send() is send to mailtrap. It's weird ...!

I got solution. Run this command and it update .env configuration cache.

php artisan config:cache

Now Mail::send & Mail::queue were sending as configured in .env.
