Looking for a good course about Laravel API

Hello!

I'm looking for a good course about Laravel API. I have any knowledge about API and my "App" (Splited to front VueJS and Backend Laravel) is using simple API requests (GET, POST, etc) without any validation etc.

I want to learn how to correctly use headers, auth, validation, JWT etc.

I founded 3 courses on Udemy but I don't know which of them is the best / most complete (I prefer Udemy but a courses from Laracast are also ok)
