Laravel websockets not working in production server

WebSocket connection to 'wss://slider-app.com:6001/app/livechat_key?protocol=7&client=js&version=8.4.0-rc2&flash=false' failed: WebSocket is closed before the connection is established.

but in local its working fine. i'm using redis queue connection for sending FCM notifications.
