When you reach a point when you want to insert the tags, check the bottom right corner for where the language mode is selected from, and change it from php to HTML, then tags will start working as normal.

Laravel VS Code auto tag completion
Every time i open my laravel project with VS Code IDE, the auto completion for the HTML tags stop working, even upon installing extensions. Someone kindly help me here
